Item have not have been worn, smell of perfume, washed or damaged in anyway.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please choose carefully as our designs are handmade designer items. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you simply change your mind.
If you wish to return items due to perceived faults or damage, Frock and Feathers will request that the item be returned (at the customer’s cost) to assess the item and determine whether the fault or damage was caused in the manufacture of the item.
If a manufacturing fault is found, Frock and Feathers will repair, replace or refund the item.
If Frock and Feathers deem that the damage has been caused intentionally or from mistreatment, no refunds will be given. The customer has the option to request Frock and Feathers to repair the item, all repairs will be at the customers cost.
If a customer is entitled to a refund, this will occur within 14 business days of Frock and Feathers receiving that notice.
Please note that in interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept exchanges/returns of, or refunds on pierced earrings.) We pride ourselves in delivering our customers quality stock and check each order for quality before shipping.
Postage is additional to your purchase. We post Australia wide only, parcels are sent via Express Post (Australia Post).

Delivery can take up to 7 working days for standard orders. All custom orders will be advised when posted.
